Job Responsibilities

• Verify incoming deliveries against order forms, purchasing specifications, and delivery notes with accuracy.
• Inspect delivered products to confirm correct quantities and weights.
• Properly store all received goods within the hotel premises.
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies found between delivery notes and orders, including price differences.
• Maintain well-organized records of all delivery notes and invoices in a timely manner.
• Perform monthly stock counts and conduct random spot checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Follow company procedures for waste storage and disposal.
• Keep storage rooms and loading areas clean and in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
