The Hoxton has recently launched its inaugural hotel in Ireland's vibrant capital, Dublin. This coastal city is rich in history, adorned with expansive green spaces, and alive with music, art, and exceptional social dining and drinking venues. The Hoxton, Dublin features 129 guest rooms of various sizes, complemented by a lobby bar, historic bar, and spacious ground-floor and lobby restaurants.
The Hoxton brand represents a collection of welcoming hotels situated in beloved neighborhoods. Originating from Shoreditch, these properties emphasize style without compromising value, providing a social hub for both guests and locals within inviting, community-focused spaces.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain and service guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness and presentation align with brand standards at all times.
- Report maintenance issues found in guest rooms and on guest floors promptly via KnowCross.
- Adhere strictly to brand and quality audit standards in all guest room upkeep.
- Comply fully with health and safety protocols, alerting the Head Housekeeper to any breaches.
- Foster a consistently positive and approachable demeanor, especially when resolving challenges.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel premises.
- Handle cleaning supplies responsibly with a thorough understanding of COSHH regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to guest needs.
- Support cleaning efforts in public and back-of-house areas when necessary.
- Manage linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in storage, ensuring these areas are orderly and well-kept.
