Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our esteemed team. The role involves the preparation and service of various beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, while ensuring a superior guest experience that aligns with our luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks adhering to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Offer warm, professional, and courteous service to all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar; manage stock and inventory efficiently.
• Interact with guests to provide recommendations, answer queries, and enhance their visit.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in beverage handling.
• Verify guests' age to comply with alcohol consumption laws.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate smoothly with the Food & Beverage team for optimal bar operation and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to remain current with new products, techniques, and hospitality standards.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks including cash reconciliation and cleaning duties.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a bartender, ideally within luxury hotel or upscale bar environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with outstanding customer service orientation.
• Capacity to perform effectively in fast-paced settings.
• Attention to detail regarding quality and beverage presentation.
• Basic arithmetic skills essential for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages considered advantageous.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and undertake manual tasks related to bartending.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
