About Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea
Located in the heart of the Kingdom's innovative Red Sea Project, Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea offers a nature-focused resort experience featuring 361 rooms, eleven unique dining venues including overwater restaurants overlooking the Red Sea and mangroves, and a luxury spa. Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable grooming standards consistently.
- Ensure seamless daily operation of the outlet.
- Take ownership of the Care Program at all times.
- Monitor and cascade financial, LQA, and Forbes targets to the team.
- Stay informed of daily, monthly, and annual financial objectives and contribute actively to their achievement.
- Record and report any issues or negative guest feedback promptly via the Glitch system.
- Oversee opening and closing checklists diligently.
- Conduct financial operations in accordance with finance department guidelines.
- Integrate all aspects of service, cuisine, and entertainment flawlessly.
- Manage daily operational responsibilities thoroughly.
- Address security incidents and guest complaints professionally and timely, reporting to the F&B Manager.
- Ensure all necessary equipment is ready for every service period.
- Demonstrate creativity and readiness to think innovatively.
- Follow personal development plans set forth by the corporate office.
- Manage team personal development and assign KPIs aligned with hotel and departmental goals.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and excellent condition at all times.
- Oversee outlet maintenance continuously.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and establish sales objectives and strategies.
- Lead restaurant team development towards excellence.
- Implement an efficient rostering system.
- Encourage the team ('heartists') to generate fresh and improved ideas.
- Comply with hotel evacuation procedures during emergencies.
- Ensure highest levels of service and guest satisfaction.
- Foster effective communication across all hotel divisions.
- Lead by example with a passionate, hands-on management style.
- Keep the team’s food and beverage knowledge current.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the F&B Manager.
- Coordinate promotional events and marketing activities in collaboration with marketing and F&B office.
- Prepare end-of-operation reports including guest feedback, sales data, and general observations.
- Develop strategies for handling special guest requests and VIPs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in 4- to 5-star hotels.
- Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service proficiency.
- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and service techniques.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
