Overview

This position is based on a 40-hour work schedule including evenings and occasional weekends, offering a base salary of a329,000. Additionally, the role provides an opportunity for a quarterly bonus of up to a32,000, making the total possible annual earnings a337,000.

Key Duties

• Precisely conduct home measurements and surveys for kitchens and bedrooms, documenting technical information accurately.
• Securely record survey data electronically, complying with GDPR standards.
• Offer expert advice and clear communication to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Contribute to minimizing errors, enhancing operational efficiency, and facilitating smooth installations.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety policies outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Possession of a full UK manual driving licence.
• Meticulous attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Strong organizational skills capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.

A satisfactory basic DBS check from the Disclosure & Barring Service is mandatory prior to employment confirmation. Having a criminal record does not automatically disqualify candidates, as cases are evaluated individually.

• Prior experience performing home surveys or measurement appointments.
• Familiarity with CAD or planning software.
• Understanding of kitchen installation protocols and relevant legal requirements.
• Ability to analyze designs and foresee potential issues before installation.
