Kitchen & Bedroom Surveyor

Role Overview

This role offers a base salary of £29,000 per annum with quarterly bonuses up to £2,000, allowing an annual earning of up to £37,000. The working hours total 40 per week on a rota system including some evenings and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct expert surveys of customers' kitchens to capture precise measurements essential for the design phase.
• Record survey data electronically in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing high-quality surveys and clear, effective communication.
• Collaborate with showroom teams to enhance planning capabilities, offer constructive feedback, and minimize business errors.
• Audit plans prior to orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy, providing feedback to improve designers' performance.
• Adhere strictly to Health and Safety policies and Integrated Management System (IMS) responsibilities associated with this position.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a full UK manual driving license.

• Background in the kitchen industry.
