About the Program

Join Infineon's Junior Engineer Graduate Program based at the Cork R&D Center to work on cutting-edge semiconductor design and development projects. This role offers exposure to a variety of technical fields including analog and digital design, digital verification, and mixed signal verification across diverse product applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in semiconductor design and development by executing state-of-the-art digital ASIC design flows and gaining practical experience in analog circuit design and mixed-signal system verification.
  • Acquire knowledge in verification practices as well as safety and security standards used within the semiconductor industry.
  • Participate in projects that range from low-power sensor and processing devices for consumer wearables to high-power graphics and automotive processing systems.
  • Collaborate on global project teams utilizing advanced methodologies to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Shape your career development path aligned with your skills and preferences.

Candidate Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
  • You possess foundational understanding of electronic devices and circuits.
  • You have some practical knowledge of hardware design languages such as Verilog and SystemVerilog.
  • You understand the principles of Analog Integrated Circuits.
  • Competency in programming, particularly C/C++, is expected; familiarity with Python and PERL is advantageous.
  • A highly motivated attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, international, and future-focused workplace are essential.
