Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the consulting team throughout various project stages including problem identification, effort estimation, diagnostics, solution development, design, and deployment.
• Research and evaluate alternatives to recommended solutions by conducting literature reviews, analyzing publicly accessible information, and vendor assessments to develop proofs of concept (POCs).
• Translate business requirements into specifications, define future process models, and prepare detailed functional design documents.
• Assist in configuring product-based solutions, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, clarify requirements, and select the best solution alternatives.
• Engage in both unit and organizational level initiatives aimed at delivering superior, value-added software solutions to clients.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and leadership.
• Proficient in Java programming language, Spring Boot framework, and Microservices architecture.
• Educational qualifications: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MSc/MS in any specialization.
