Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Junior Business Analyst to join our transformation team. This role involves overseeing large-scale platform deployments across various international markets, linking business strategies, regional operations, and technical delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, operational leaders, and delivery units to gather requirements, streamline processes, and ensure successful multi-country implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units, operations, and product teams from multiple countries to collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Document current operational workflows and develop standardized, scalable future state processes.
• Support governance during implementation by monitoring rollouts, tracking milestones, managing cross-border dependencies, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including test scenario creation, validation of acceptance criteria, and defect triage with technical teams.
• Contribute to creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementation manuals, training resources, and change management documentation for regional markets.
• Analyze local business and regulatory requirements across different markets to ensure alignment with global standard platform capabilities.
• Promote and assist in adoption of AI and automation tools such as large language model-based productivity assistants and workflow automation to enhance requirements gathering, documentation speed, and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree from Singapore Management University (SMU) or National University of Singapore (NUS) in Business Analytics, Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Professional experience of 1–2 years as a Business Analyst, Associate Consultant, or Operations Analyst in corporate or enterprise contexts.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to structure complex problems, perform data-driven analysis, and clearly document process flows.
• Basic understanding or exposure to multi-country platform rollouts, enterprise software delivery, or business transformation initiatives.

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptability to new domains, business models, and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability for effective collaboration with multicultural teams across time zones.
• Familiarity with business analysis and collaboration platforms including Jira, Confluence, Visio, and advanced Excel functionalities.
