Java and AWS Professional

About the Role

Join Infosys Limited as a Java and AWS Professional based in Bengaluru, contributing to the Application Development and Maintenance service line. You will be actively involved in multiple project phases including defining problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing issues, generating solutions, and designing and deploying software. This role requires participation in exploring alternative solutions through research methods such as literature reviews and vendor evaluations, developing proof of concepts (POCs), creating requirement specifications aligned with business needs, and supporting solution configuration and issue diagnosis on products.

Responsibilities

• Assist the consulting team throughout various project stages including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution creation, design, and deployment.
• Conduct research to explore alternatives to recommended solutions through literature survey, public domain information, and vendor evaluations, and develop POCs.
• Draft detailed functional designs and define future state processes from business requirements.
• Configure solution requirements on products, diagnose issues, clarify requirements, and shortlist alternative solutions.
• Contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and assist in refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data for deliverables.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Apply logical problem solving and collaborate effectively within teams.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose appropriate technological solutions.
• Possess knowledge of one or two industry domains.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Primary skills include Data On Cloud with AWS and Core Java.
• Preferred skills involve cloud platforms (AWS) and AWS databases.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering, BTech, BCA, BSc, MTech, MSc, MCA or equivalent qualifications are required.
