Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Java Development Lead with over 8 years of expertise to join a prominent IT services company. This role involves the creation and management of Java APIs using Spring Boot, developing microservices, and implementing API frameworks along with Kafka messaging technologies. The position is stationed across multiple Indian cities including Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, and Gurgaon.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java APIs with Spring Boot framework.
- Implement Microservices architecture and API frameworks.
- Utilize Kafka for event streaming and messaging.
- Manage and oversee continuous integration processes to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage end-to-end deliverables and ensure project milestones are met.
- Interface directly with customers for communication and feedback.
- Prepare and present management reports for ongoing projects.
- Lead and manage a development team effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess any of the following educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization, B.Sc in any specialization, or a Diploma in any specialization.
