Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Java Full Stack Developer experienced with React.js to join our consulting team. Candidates should have 7 to 25 years of relevant experience. The ideal applicant will partake in the full project lifecycle: defining problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing challenges, generating solutions, and executing designs and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely within the consulting team to support various project phases, including requirement gathering and solution deployment.
• Conduct thorough research by analyzing literature, public data, and vendor information to evaluate alternative solutions and develop proof-of-concepts.
• Create detailed requirements from business needs, define future state processes, and design comprehensive functional specifications.
• Configure product solutions, troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes, requesting clarifications, and selecting appropriate alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Eligibility Criteria

The role requires candidates to hold qualifications such as B.C.A., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E. or postgraduate degrees including M.Tech, M.Sc., or M.S. in any specialization.
