About the Role

The Installer position involves professionally delivering, assembling, and setting up various products, including home appliances, furniture, and complex electronics, at customer sites. The role focuses on customer satisfaction by ensuring safe, accurate installations paired with knowledgeable service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Transport and safely deliver products to customers’ residences or businesses.
• Disassemble packaging, assemble components, and install products following manufacturer and company standards.
• Perform checks before installation and tests after installation to verify correct functioning.
• Instruct customers on product operation, essential upkeep, and troubleshooting tips.
• Deliver professional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns courteously.
• Accurately document installations, including reports, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback.
• Mainain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in proper condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies consistently.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure installations are timely and efficient.
• Detect and report any defects or damages encountered during the installation process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certifications in appliance repair or electronics installation is advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience in product installation, assembly, or similar roles.
• Strong mechanical skills and capability in problem-solving.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematic diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Capability to lift heavy items and perform repeated physical tasks.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with standard hand and power tools.
• Self-motivated with efficient time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
