Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive accounting processes including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditure recording, verifying compliance of original documentation, and overseeing month-end and year-end closing to ensure financial accuracy and minimize risks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with precision. Conduct variance analyses to explain changes, provide actionable business insights, and aid data-driven decision-making for business sustainability.
- Identify procedural inefficiencies to promote automation solutions such as system integration and rule-based workflows; update standard operating procedures and internal controls to enhance system integration and financial operations.
- Coordinate both internal and external audit processes by supplying necessary documentation and clarifications. Monitor adherence to tax regulations, optimize incentive claims, and ensure full compliance during regulatory inspections.
- Perform regular account reconciliations and risk assessments, including potential inventory write-downs and receivables defaults, developing proactive actions to safeguard assets and implement monitoring and remediation frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to address financial needs; provide training on accounting policies and consult on new business models to strengthen integration between finance and business.
