Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop an AI model intelligent routing system featuring multiple strategic routing engines for optimal model request matching ensuring low-latency decisions and transparent, auditable routing processes.
• Build a multi-tiered AI computing power pricing and billing system that achieves precise cost analysis and prevents exploitation.
• Implement and optimize microservices architecture with caching, circuit breaker designs, database transaction guarantees, and high-availability architectures supporting automatic failover.
• Integrate evaluation data of mainstream AI models and aggregate platform user feedback, maintaining real-time pricing cache and synchronization.
• Focus on performance engineering aspects such as cold start optimization, pressure testing validation, and real-time online learning and statistical monitoring.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficient in at least two of the following knowledge areas: deep understanding of mainstream large language models (LLMs), their capability limits, cost structures, and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, domestic models) with practical experience in model evaluation and cost-effectiveness optimization;
• Comprehension of multi-model aggregation architectures including API Gateway, Proxy, Router patterns, with engineering or deep understanding of model routing, load balancing, failover, and cost reduction strategies;
• Experience developing intelligent decision-making systems (recommendation, routing, scheduling, bidding, billing) and conceptualizing AI computing power as a billable, subscribable, and auditable commercial product;
• Expertise in Go or Python backend development combined with Next.js or React frontend technologies capable of independently managing end-to-end API design, frontend implementation, and deployment.
• Experience building low-latency decision systems involving recommendation, routing, scheduling, or bidding.
• Strong skills with Redis and PostgreSQL and knowledge of online learning and real-time statistical algorithms.
• Experience integrating SaaS billing, subscription, and payment systems.
• Practical exposure to cloud-native, containerized deployment, and operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI model routing, model and computing power scheduling.
• Background in recommendation systems, advertising engines, or e-commerce transaction systems with transferable expertise in routing decisions and cost optimization.
• Hands-on experience developing multi-model API gateways or LLM proxy solutions (open-source or commercial).
• Knowledge of Multi-Armed Bandit or A/B testing framework design.
• Experience working with e-commerce, payment, or billing platforms.
• Operation of systems with SLA above 99.9% uptime.
• Contributions to open-source projects with GitHub repositories having 500+ stars.
