Information Technology Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Analyst, preferably Arabic-speaking, with over five years in IT, including substantial involvement in system or application development, configuration, and implementation. Experience within the banking sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and document both business and technical requirements alongside process flows.
• Develop various critical documents including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)/Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Quality Assurance functions, encompassing test planning, execution, managing defects, regression testing, and facilitating final approvals.
• Provide support throughout application development phases such as configuration, integration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and ensuring readiness for release cycles.
• Liaise with business users, IT teams, Project Management Office (PMO), vendors, and other stakeholders to align project objectives and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, change control procedures, security protocols, and maintain audit-compliant documentation.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, meeting records, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, and executive-level updates in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Java, .NET/C#, C++, Python, React, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working with APIs, web applications and services, and database management systems including SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Visio, and skills in systems integration and administration.
• Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, coordination expertise, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
