About the Role
The Perth Region Field Services team seeks a motivated and persistent professional to deliver troubleshooting and user support for mobile devices and desktop applications related to Works Management. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth, safe, and quality execution of service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provision and setup of PDA devices for new employees and contractors
- Supporting scheduling staff with Work Order Management
- Conducting one-on-one and group training sessions on service delivery processes for new and current users
- Serving as the primary contact to support field, desktop, and mobile phone users
- Managing inventories for PDA devices and accessories along with maintaining contact information, usernames, and access permissions throughout employee and contractor lifecycles
- Logging and tracking IT tickets; escalating significant issues and opportunities for improvements to IT and Operations Analytics teams
- Ensuring timely resolution of work order errors
- Engaging and influencing key stakeholders through toolbox talks, daily operational reviews, and commitment meetings
- Participating in technical working groups, IT forums, and CIS meetings to influence key stakeholders
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) as required
Skills and Experience Required
- Extensive experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operational settings
- Strong customer service skills paired with solid problem-solving abilities and interpersonal effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Field or scheduling experience is highly desirable
- Proven experience and competence with business IT systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, and Grange
