Work Planning Coordinator

Role Overview

The Work Planning Coordinator plays a crucial role in regional operations by managing, coordinating, and delivering key work programs. This fixed-term role (up to 12 months) is based in Karratha, Western Australia. The salary offered is $101,711 per annum plus 12% superannuation, with additional co-contributions and North West allowances.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of the regional work program including planning, programming, reporting, and customer engagement.
• Ensure work activities are completed accurately, on time, and within resource limits by reviewing work programs and verifying task completion.
• Provide ongoing process support, deliver training and coaching across the region to enhance work program efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the region's work planning and execution to optimize operational outcomes.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to support successful work delivery.

About You

You should possess excellent organisational, conceptual, and analytical abilities with a broad understanding of field service delivery, including the risks of ineffective planned operations and preventative maintenance. Experience with systems like Maximo, SAP, and Power BI will be considered advantageous.

Qualifications and Experience

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field coupled with significant experience in field work planning or management within a large infrastructure-based service organisation.
• Alternatively, substantial hands-on experience in field work planning or management in such organisations is acceptable.
• A valid Western Australia driver's licence is required.
