The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be part of a growing team based in Auckland. This position offers the chance to oversee projects throughout their entire lifecycle, collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to guarantee successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from initiation to final completion.
• Coordinate efforts among consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Track and manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed project reports and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Support procurement and manage contract administration activities.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders during project execution.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in property, construction, infrastructure, or consultancy industries.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Building Science.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle project budgets, schedules, and risks effectively.
• Strong written and oral communication capabilities.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on solution-oriented approaches.
