Join our diligent team in Bunbury as a Water Industry Operator where you will be essential in running and maintaining Wastewater Treatment Plants alongside Waste Recycling and Reuse Facilities. Your efforts will support safe, reliable wastewater processing and promote sustainable reuse for our communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various civil plant and machinery to safely conduct maintenance of infrastructure within and around treatment facilities.
• Respond promptly to plant faults and unexpected outages to reduce interruptions to treatment processes.
• Use SCADA systems locally and remotely for optimizing treatment plant operations.
• Work autonomously and make crucial decisions within a fast-moving, supportive team setting.

Experience & Qualifications

• Possession of a Western Australian "C" Class driver’s license minimum, with a Higher Range (HR) Licence preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in process control and wastewater management systems.
• Certificate III in the National Water Training Package is highly desirable.
