About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team permanently at our Balcatta office in Western Australia. This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual committed to providing excellent customer service and managing administrative tasks efficiently. You will operate independently while ensuring customer deliverables are met with professionalism and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the reinstatement procedures diligently.
  • Create, update, and maintain precise reports, performance metrics, and relevant business documentation to facilitate operational decisions.
  • Handle document control and maintain accurate record-keeping systems to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in developing internal audit schedules and help coordinate audit activities within the team.
  • Participate in planning, executing, and coordinating customer support projects and initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with various business stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes and streamline processes.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience utilizing corporate systems tailored to customer engagement, communication, and service delivery.
  • Background in supporting projects, process enhancements, or business improvement efforts.
  • Excellent ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders across teams.
  • Strong organisational capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, flexible attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
