Role Summary
We are looking for a permanent Technical Officer - Scheduling based in our Canning Vale office. This role serves as the initial contact point for crews, contractors, and the Operations Centre, playing a crucial part in ensuring seamless customer service. The role requires working on a rotating roster alongside three other Schedulers covering the hours from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently schedule work considering priority, deadlines, location, and asset impact to meet corporate key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate work orders effectively ensuring crews are optimally utilized throughout the week.
- Manage all work orders by adjusting schedules, replanning, or cancelling based on resource availability and business regulations, minimizing negative impact on sites, assets, processes, and the environment.
- Oversee creation of corrective work, identify recurring trends, and remove duplicated tasks.
- Collaborate with other Schedulers in a rotating shift setup covering from 6am to 5pm.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a service delivery scheduling role with exceptional administrative, coordination, and service skills.
- Strong commitment to promoting a safety-first culture aligned with the principle of "One Team, Zero Injuries."
- Excellent customer service aptitude with capability to address stakeholder queries professionally in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Familiarity and practical experience working with PDA devices, OMS, SAP, Grange, and Maximo software tools.
Work Conditions and Additional Information
The position operates on a rotational roster with other Schedulers covering daily shifts from 6.00 am to 5.00 pm, involving on-site attendance at the Canning Vale office.
