Position Overview

Join Cushman & Wakefield as an HVAC Technician where your duties will include a blend of reactive maintenance, minor project involvement, and support for Planned Preventative Maintenance activities. This role operates primarily from our Christchurch office in Paragon Place, servicing a wide range of properties including major banks, government institutions, universities, prisons, and other key commercial clients throughout New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reactive HVAC maintenance and assist with minor projects.
• Support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs effectively.
• Utilize mobile technology for job dispatch and reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Must be trade-qualified and registered in HVAC.
• Prior commercial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding and commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and use digital tools such as tablets or iPads for work management.
• Possess a clean full driver’s license and demonstrate excellent personal presentation and customer service capabilities.
