Associate Director - Industrial & Logistics

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Associate Director to join our Industrial & Logistics team in Dublin. This role involves direct client engagement, managing key projects, supporting business growth, and delivering leasing advisory services across the Irish market within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal client liaison on designated projects, providing expert advice and timely updates.
• Assist senior colleagues on large development initiatives while independently handling smaller assignments.
• Participate in pitches, presentations, and new business development activities.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and contribute to team revenue growth.
• Support transaction delivery by offering market insights and technical expertise as needed.
• Oversee aspects of client accounts including budgeting, billing, and financial monitoring.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery of a comprehensive, high-quality service.
• Mentor junior team members and support overall team growth.
• Maintain adherence to professional standards and company policies in all work.

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of the Industrial & Logistics real estate sector.
• Strong communication, presentation, and report writing capabilities.

Education & Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Property, or relevant field.
• Preferably qualified or pursuing qualification with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
• Experience within advisory, general practice, or transactional real estate settings.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics, applicable legislation, and industry standards.
