Job description
Overview
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading all facets of Human Resources activities, collaborating intimately with business leaders and various teams to enhance organizational efficiency, talent growth, employee engagement, and overall business expansion.
This position seeks an individual with extensive HR business partnering expertise specifically within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors, skilled at managing both strategic HR programs and daily operational tasks.
Core Responsibilities
- Offer HR business partner support and advisory services to managers and employees on topics such as employee relations, performance evaluation, organizational issues, policies, and people-related challenges.
- Collaborate with business heads and Corporate HR to develop and oversee yearly manpower and organizational plans that align workforce structure, budgeting, and capabilities with corporate goals.
- Conduct organization-wide and departmental reviews, including succession planning, talent spotting, workforce efficiency improvements, and organizational growth programs.
- Lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts, encompassing workforce analysis, job description creation, candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessments, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding across all departments.
- Assess training and development needs and formulate annual learning agendas and training schedules that correspond with business demands and skill requirements.
- Design and drive employee engagement, retention, and cultural programs that enhance staff experience and align with the company's core values and vision.
- Develop and execute HR policies, procedures, manuals, and standard operating procedures that comply with company norms and Saudi labor laws.
- Analyze HR datasets and workforce patterns—such as turnover rates, recruitment stats, engagement levels, performance outcomes, and workforce utilization—to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support organizational changes and business unit projects by offering HR expertise, facilitating change management, and effectively rolling out people-related initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- At least 12 years of advancing HR experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated success serving as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, providing support to business leadership and operational functions.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, manpower planning, succession strategy, employee engagement, training and development, and performance management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influence, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- This role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals.
