Job description
Role Summary
The Human Resources and Administration Manager position is a full-time, on-site job located in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for managing comprehensive HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures compliant with local labor laws.
- Oversee workforce planning and maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
- Manage payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff enhancement.
- Administer disciplinary and grievance procedures maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
- Handle office management, including vendor liaison, facility oversight, and ensuring necessary supplies and support services for smooth operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR and administrative functions with organizational goals.
- Prepare regular reports on HR and administrative activities.
- Promote ongoing improvements in people management and office administration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in HR management functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
- Experience with drafting and executing HR policies tailored to local labor regulations.
- Skilled in payroll and benefits administration along with HR data management.
- Competent in office management tasks including facilities coordination and managing relationships with vendors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office suite, and basic reporting and analytical tools.
- Industry experience in real estate or related sectors is advantageous.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; professional HR certifications are a plus.
