Key Responsibilities

• Proactively target SME business owners and potential customers.
• Create leads independently through cold calling, networking, referrals, and establishing connections.
• Engage business owners to assess their financing requirements.
• Present appropriate SME financing products tailored to client needs.
• Maintain and cultivate strong client and referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with accountants, corporate service providers, property agents, and various business stakeholders to expand networks.
• Persistently follow up to convert prospects into closed deals.
• Expand expertise in SME finance, credit, and business operations.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales targets while increasing your client portfolio.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification of O-Level or Diploma.
• Confidence in initiating contact and speaking with unfamiliar individuals.
• Comfort with conducting cold calls and starting conversations unabated.
• Resilience in facing rejections without losing momentum.
• Openness to learning the fundamentals of the SME financing sector.
• Enthusiasm for networking across diverse industries.
