Your Responsibilities
- Manage mobility, immigration, and visa eligibility assessments for employees relocating to Saudi Arabia.
- Assist business travelers in securing appropriate visas for visiting or billing clients within the Kingdom.
- Support expatriates and local hires, along with their families, in obtaining work and residency permits and ensure they are well-integrated during onboarding.
- Collaborate with vendors, Public Relations Officers (PROs), and internal teams to maintain high-quality, end-to-end management of immigration processes while ensuring compliance with GOSI regulations.
- Coach junior team members to maintain operational continuity within the Mobility, Immigration, and Expatriate (MIE) function.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, simplify workflows, and implement AI tools as part of regional and global HR transformation initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in Human Resources or adjacent roles focused on immigration and mobility.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and firm communication tools (Box, Slack).
- Comprehensive communication skills across various platforms including internal/external communications, media relations, events, and executive communication.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Capability to influence and guide colleagues and engage with senior leadership.
- Proficient in translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages in multiple formats.
- Commitment to working onsite at least three days per week or more as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency required.
Additional Information
This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Human Resources team focusing on work authorization, compliance, and benefits access. You will contribute to risk management of international travel and support coordination within Financial Service Providers (FSP) functions and Client Service Partner (CSP) leadership.
