Key Responsibilities

As a member of our healthcare consulting teams, you will bring expertise and tools related to health system governance, financing, and service delivery. You will collaborate closely with healthcare sector clients in Saudi Arabia across public organizations, insurance firms, and providers. Your role includes effective project management and communication with various stakeholders, contributing to pressing client challenges such as optimizing healthcare costs, integrating GenAI into healthcare delivery, and improving treatment pathways for vulnerable patient groups.

You will work hand-in-hand with experts, data scientists, and consultants to plan and implement client projects, as well as help develop and maintain proprietary knowledge resources within both local and global practice teams.

Your Qualifications and Expertise

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Public Health, Health Economics or a related discipline.
  • At least four years of relevant experience in healthcare entities, service provision, payers, insurers, governmental or academic institutions, ideally within the Middle East region.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in health system financing, governance, quality assurance, accessibility, public health, digital health technologies, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on analytical and quantitative methods.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools like PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, or Python is advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive attitude towards ongoing improvement and independent initiative.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to client and company sites.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages, written and spoken.
