Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients' senior management and colleagues to implement transformative business strategies.
• Support the development and execution of sector-shaping initiatives in various industries including oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, retail, banking, finance, and the public sector.
• Aid in driving strategic change to help organizations achieve world-class performance.
• Constantly engage with leaders through coaching and mentoring, enhancing your knowledge and consultancy skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess an undergraduate degree with excellent academic credentials; advanced degrees such as Masters, MBA, or PhD are advantageous.
• Bring at least five years of business management experience in respected companies or institutions, demonstrating consistent high achievements.
• Have deep sector expertise in areas such as oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, retail, government, law, engineering, health, finance, and related fields.
• Exhibit solid functional knowledge in areas including strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, marketing, and sales.
• Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving capabilities with strong logical and creative thinking skills.
• Show quantitative aptitude and an eagerness to initiate new approaches, create opportunities, and take responsible risks.

This role is based in Canberra with opportunities also in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Auckland.
