This role is based at Oaks Al Najada location in Doha, Qatar.

Job Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the entire housekeeping operations of the property, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficient team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee that all rooms, public spaces, and common areas are maintained at high cleanliness standards.
• Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with housekeeping team members, clients, and contractors.
• Lead and assist the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleaning services.
• Provide ongoing on-the-job training and supervision for all cleaning staff.
• Keep precise records related to financials, maintenance, and inventory management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing a housekeeping team.
• Experience in budget management and controlling supplies, replacements, and consumables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff and clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail with the capability to follow procedures and uphold cleaning standards.
