Job Role Summary
The Housekeeping Runner ensures that all guest rooms remain immaculate and well-kept, providing outstanding customer service. This role involves addressing guest requests quickly and efficiently while maintaining a safe, tidy environment for guests and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Maintain highest cleanliness and appearance standards of guest rooms and corridors.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to hotel guests.
- Ensure safety and orderliness in all guest and employee areas.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a housekeeping department.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail to uphold quality standards.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude even while working under pressure.
