The Working From coworking space, launched in February 2020, caters to a wide range of needs with hot-desking, open studios, private offices, wellness and event areas, a member café and bar, and a rich events schedule overlooking the Thames.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, warmly welcoming and assisting them tailored to their needs.
- Maintain and present the coworking space to a high standard throughout the day, ensuring a professional and appealing environment from open to close.
- Manage membership profiles and oversee the booking and scheduling of meeting rooms and their calendars efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the coworking team to deliver exceptional member experiences, from initial engagement through ongoing community integration.
