Role Overview

We are looking for a warm, organized, quick-thinking, and positive Host/Hostess who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys engaging with guests. The ideal individual is personable, reliable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain high service standards at all times.
• Monitor and manage guest seating, anticipating needs to optimize service flow.
• Accurately operate the restaurant reservation system, ensuring proper tracking of table statuses, rotations, cover counts, and guest notes.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Perform opening and closing tasks as required.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional environment.
• Present a polished appearance and demeanor that enhances the restaurant's atmosphere.

Desired Skills and Qualities

• Previous restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
• A friendly and approachable personality.
• Patience and understanding in responding to guest requests.
