Role Overview

The Guest Relations Officer serves as a vital ambassador of the hotel and brand, dedicated to ensuring guests have an exceptional and memorable stay. Responsibilities include anticipating guest requirements, managing inquiries courteously and efficiently, addressing all guest satisfaction concerns promptly, and proactively suggesting alternatives to enrich the guest experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a college degree in hotel management or a related discipline.
  • Have prior work experience in Front Office or Guest Services roles.
  • Demonstrate strong communication capabilities.
  • Be proficient with Front Office systems.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are advantageous.
