About the Role

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively anticipate and address all guest needs and inquiries with attentiveness.
• Efficiently manage daily operations at the Bell service desk, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products and services across rooms, dining, spa, and other facilities.
• Keep the lobby clean and orderly at all times to present an inviting atmosphere.
• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, fostering a friendly and professional environment.
• Provide assistance with guest luggage, including handling and storage services.
• Coordinate timely delivery of messages and items to guest rooms.
• Support guests who require special or personalized attention during their stay.
• Complete all responsibilities outlined in the shift checklist to meet operational standards.
• Ensure flawless management of transport services by coordinating taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other transportation modes.
• Offer help to other hotel departments as needed to maintain service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior service experience in a 5-star hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Professional demeanor with a friendly and courteous attitude.
• Physically capable of safely lifting and handling heavy luggage.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong team player who complies with hotel standards and policies.
