Role Overview
As the GTM Engineer, you will be the sole owner of the top-of-funnel process and its supporting automation systems. This role centers on ensuring high-quality, timely, and relevant outreach rather than merely increasing volume. You'll design and manage systems that identify ideal contacts at optimal moments, maintain data integrity, and nurture relationships for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the outreach automation engine that identifies and communicates with prospects.
- Integrate, deduplicate, and enrich diverse data sources to create a unified and accurate data backbone.
- Create targeting algorithms capable of identifying the ideal customer profile and the perfect timing for outreach.
- Ensure data quality through techniques such as domain matching, entity resolution, and continuous enrichment.
- Manage the health of live systems focusing on deliverability, suppression lists, tracking outcomes like meetings and replies, and feeding insights back into the data.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience owning top-of-funnel activities and successfully generating new meeting opportunities.
- In-depth familiarity with one ICP, having worked on challenging and sustained sales cycles.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a keen understanding of metrics such as contact volume, reply rates, booked rates, and criteria for excluding contacts.
- Basic programming skills sufficient to write scripts and use APIs; familiarity with tools like n8n, Clay, or Claude Code is beneficial, as is proficiency in SQL or Python.
Work Environment and Perks
- Fully remote, asynchronous work structure with partial overlap with US Eastern time focused on Mondays and Thursdays for meetings; other times reserved for deep work.

Compensation
The role offers a salary range from CA$130,000 to CA$220,000 per year.
