This position is with a rapidly expanding international technology firm specializing in innovative software solutions tailored for the retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing sectors. The company maintains a significant footprint worldwide, with teams spanning Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. They are looking to expand their commercial team within their European Growth division by hiring a Business Development Representative.
Opportunity Highlights
- Competitive basic salary ranging from A340,000 to A345,000
- Uncapped commission potential, with expected earnings of approximately A320,000 in the first year upon meeting targets

Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will be an ambitious early-career or graduate sales professional with a commercial mindset and comfort engaging senior professionals across various industries. Key qualities and competencies include:
- Fluency in English and German is essential; additional fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach to work
- Strong skills in research and organization

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Create tailored outreach campaigns and assess potential leads to qualify them effectively
- Schedule meetings and cultivate new sales prospects
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the broader sales team
- Provide support at industry events and conduct prospect follow-ups
- Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned market segments and target customers
