Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated prior success in a similar managerial role within restaurant or hospitality sectors, preferably with kitchen experience.
• Proven capability to cultivate a guest-focused culture and lead teams to achieve business objectives.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management and audit oversight.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills to motivate staff and engage customers with an engaging personality on each shift.
