About the Role
Join our team as a General Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee in Geismar, LA. This position entails overseeing restaurant operations to ensure profitability while upholding McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will collaborate with leadership to establish restaurant goals and implement plans to achieve them.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set and track performance goals, providing coaching and direction to enhance departmental results, and subsequently elevating overall restaurant performance. Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team will also be part of your duties.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate has prior General Manager experience managing high-volume locations, with a strong preference for backgrounds in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for management roles in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
