About the Opportunity
This position is for a restaurant managed by an independent franchisee licensed to operate under McDonald's branding and products. The franchisee acts as the sole employer, overseeing all personnel-related matters including hiring, supervision, discipline, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not have involvement in employment decisions or access to your application.
Job Overview
As a General Manager, you will lead efforts to run a profitable restaurant that consistently meets McDonald's stringent standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Partnering with your leadership team, you will set and strategize goals to ensure success.
Leadership Responsibilities
You will supervise Department Managers, guiding them to define objectives, track progress, and improve their areas, which directly contributes to overall restaurant performance. You will also handle recruitment and development of managerial staff to build a capable leadership pipeline.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants bring prior experience managing high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Managers must be 18 years or older in corporate-owned establishments.
