About the Role
This opportunity is with a restaurant licensed as a McDonald's by an independent franchisee, not directly operated by McDonald's USA. Employment and all related matters such as hiring and supervision are managed solely by the franchisee.
This General Manager position involves overseeing the restaurant's profitability while ensuring high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Department Managers, assisting them in setting and accomplishing departmental goals and providing coaching to drive improvement.
- Formulate and execute plans to meet the restaurant's overall performance objectives in collaboration with leadership.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the restaurant's future.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick service restaurants is highly preferred; hospitality or retail experience may also be relevant.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a managerial role in corporate-owned establishments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $50,000 to $65,000.
- Two weeks of paid vacation.
