General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate a profitable restaurant location adhering to company standards and goals.
• Lead and collaborate with Department Managers to establish, monitor, and achieve departmental objectives while providing coaching and leadership guidance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain both Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers exceptional customer experiences with focus on quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven General Manager experience with responsibility for high volume quick-service restaurant operations.
• Background in quick-service restaurants preferred; hospitality or retail leadership experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
• High school diploma or equivalent; English proficiency is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary at $55,000 per year.
