Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Platform Manager to lead and oversee the catalogue management team. This role involves driving sales growth through data analysis and managing product listings on Amazon and other platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses strong e-commerce listing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the catalogue team in creating and optimizing product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure all product listings comply with marketplace policies, content standards, and formatting guidelines.
- Regularly update existing listings to boost click-through rates, conversion rates, keyword indexing, organic rankings, and Best Seller Rank (BSR).
- Monitor competitor listings, market dynamics, and customer feedback to discover opportunities for content enhancement.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all product listings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align listings with new product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in creating and optimizing e-commerce product listings, preferably on Amazon.
- Excellent copywriting skills capable of crafting clear, engaging, and benefit-focused content.
- Strong command of keyword research and SEO best practices for e-commerce listings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Management experience, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving work setting.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a total of 37.5 working hours between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
