General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create and maintain an engaging, motivating environment that embodies the Nando's brand and values.
• Drive multi-channel sales and customer satisfaction to deliver excellent PERi-PERi experiences both in-restaurant and through delivery.
• Develop and mentor team members, cultivating future managers and leaders within the workforce.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience gained in a customer-oriented setting.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and delivering exceptional food experiences.
• A focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Capacity to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
• Demonstrable success in driving sales across multiple channels.
