Shift Lead

About the Role

As a Shift Lead based in Swords, County Dublin, you will play a crucial part in orchestrating successful shifts, leading by example, and driving the team towards providing memorable PERi-PERi experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during shifts, ensuring smooth operation and excellent customer service.
• Motivate, engage, and inspire team members in alignment with Nando's values.
• Take ownership of problem-solving during shifts, making confident decisions on the spot.
• Create an inclusive and enjoyable work environment where colleagues feel valued and can develop.
• Ensure consistent execution of the customer journey across all interaction channels during every shift.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising or leading a team in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong passion for hospitality with a customer-centered approach.
• Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace and embody company values.
• Desire and readiness to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility.
