About the Role

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a dedicated General Manager, affectionately known as a Patrao, to oversee restaurant operations in Dublin. This role involves treating the restaurant as your own business, driving decisions that foster a positive culture, and leading your team towards success.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in leadership within customer service or hospitality settings.
• Strong commitment to people, food quality, and hospitality excellence.
• Customer-focused with enthusiasm for delivering consistent PERi-PERi experiences, whether in restaurant or through delivery.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of €51,500 to €61,500.
