Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support smooth and efficient shifts ensuring excellent team performance.

• Ensure the flawless delivery of the Nando’s customer experience across all service channels during each shift.
• Handle on-the-spot problem-solving confidently to maintain operational flow.

Candidate Profile

• Display passion and pride in leading a team while embodying Nando's core values.
• Bring positive energy and maintain a customer-focused mindset committed to delivering memorable PERi-PERi moments.
• Have prior experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate eagerness to develop leadership capabilities and take on additional responsibilities.
