Bid Manager

Role Overview

This position is a full-time, office-based role located at the headquarters in Dubai, focusing on managing bids from identification to submission. The Bid Manager is responsible for spotting opportunities, coordinating the preparation of bids, and ensuring that all proposals are submitted punctually with high quality. Daily duties involve analyzing client requirements, collaborating closely with technical and project teams to create effective bid strategies, and structuring proposals meticulously.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage bid schedules, maintain all related documentation, and ensure compliance with external tender requirements.
• Support ongoing enhancements to bid procedures, including the development of templates and tools.
• Provide routine updates on the progress of bids, analyze success rates, and document insights for future improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in preparing and writing bids, ensuring submissions are clear, persuasive, and well-organized.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing bid management processes, including schedule adherence, compliance monitoring, and cross-team coordination.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and capacity to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Fluency in English for both written and spoken communication; knowledge of Arabic language is considered beneficial.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or consulting industries.
• Technical education background, preferably holding a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or closely related disciplines.
