Job Responsibilities
- Oversee profitability and ensure the restaurant upholds McDonald's high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Partner with senior leadership to establish achievable restaurant objectives and devise strategies to accomplish them.
- Lead and develop a team of Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring performance, and offering coaching to enhance department outputs, boosting overall restaurant success.
- Hire and cultivate Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership pipeline for future growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants is highly preferred; hospitality or retail experience is also relevant.
- Must be at least 18 years old to hold a managerial role in corporate-owned McDonald’s outlets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $50,000 to $70,000.
- Paid vacation and holidays, with an additional sabbatical opportunity every 10 years.
